i have a sudden urge.

the urge to try baking bread.

how does raisin soda bread sound?- soda bread means bread with four basic ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda and buttermilk. (using baking soda instead of yeast to make the bread rise)

but i need things like whole wheat flour. and to buy another type of flour means that either 1) i have to make successful and subsequent breads. 2) i will waste the flour.

how about strawberry bread? but strawberries in singapore supermarts are unreliable.

wow. i see alot of bread facts HERE.
ehh. i should get my sis to lug her bread making machine here nxt sunday. :)
