tmr is my official last day at work.
six months and seven days is quite a long period of time, i guess.
what have i learnt?
what have i given them?
had i been useful?
where did all those months go to?
sometimes, i ask myself these questions.
half the time, i can't answer myself.
the months just passed like how time always passes by.
usefulness is subjective.
work is only done when the object, thereby the force was applied, moves. and hence, input does not always equal the same output.
but let me be more positive.
i've tested my tolerance level and found it really high.
i've trained my ears to be highly resistant towards noise.
i've learnt how to convey messages with looks.
i've lost my temper quite a number of times, sometimes with effect, sometimes to no avail.
ahhhhhhhhhhh. whatever. i don't like analysing too much and i'm getting sleepy.
i have built some kind of rapport with them and i most certainly will miss them to some degree. not just the small ones, but my monsters too. goodluck to my p6s, do well and zheng qi=), and don't create unnecessary trouble. won't be "sending them off to psle" like what joey (prev teacher) had done so last yr.. p5s, be good and don't bully the new teacher. and mrlee, don't conjure up bogus bfs for teacher daphne. p1s-4s, i know they'll continue to live harmoniously in doris's safe hands. i will miss my siaozarbor!! laughing queen and vacuum cleaner. my godson. ahh. the list won't end.
i don't ask fr a lot. just miss me a teeeeeny litttttle bit and don't forget my name in a hurry:). but of course, kids forget things quickly. but that's good, cos in this way they can adapt better towards changes.
JIAYOU.
and aLL the best=DD.

let me enjoy my last day tdy (past midnight le).
and mon's a sch holiday, so i gonna go bck to really play w them.
june had been a pretty nice relaxed month:). i guess that's the main reason contributin to the "i will miss them" feeling. instead of the "thankgoodness i am LEAVING" feel. heh.

BOO!
i'm back after from HK!! will fill in details of my trip there ltr ba.. when i hv the photographs.. did hv fun, it quite a good experience.. but it was a little tiring at times cos of my two small nephew and niece. haha.. wells, i did enjoy the break!!:D:D. but i love the feeling of coming home:). home sweet home. i'll definitely go hk again.. to find where all the nice food are and shopshopshop again.
my left foot is in a frightful state. haha. according to medical terms, it's called foot rot or fungus. sounds pretty gross eh. and there's a big red blister on my big toe, after the changi beach trip ytd.
my fingers hv healed! thnks to all those who'd been concerned(:.
brought the kids to changi beach ytd. quite an enjoyable trip except fr some mini scoldings here and there. ahah. i love my bbqed marshmallows! baking my hands at the charcoal there was worthed it. cos the marshmallows gt brown and melted on the inside. brought along kor's colourful vball and tried to play vball with them. hur hur. cld still serve to joey and mscheong was quite ok. played awhile with my monsters and naturally as boys, they hv more strength and the passing arnd was more successful, until the incident of the worm. mrseetoh snr and jnr (brothers) decided that torturing a squirming worm was fun. anw, i abandoned them and took several trips up and down from our pit to the toilet, ferrying all the kids group by group(why can't they all go at ONE GO?????) hmm.. and between the toilets was this small stall selling drinks and tidbits. almost all the kids bought the "Anything" or "Whatever" drink. haha. i decided to be stingy and save my $1.20. after some time we realised the presence of a playground further down and we proceeded there. SWINGS! SEE-SAW! SLIDE! ahhah. enough said. so i pushed them on swings and entertained some of them on the see-saw by bumping them hard (i'm of a much heavier mass than most of them ma).
anw i felt pretty dead by the time we got back to the centre. so i ponned my korean lesson AGAIN! twice in a row. =S. BAD ME. i've got to copy the new stuff and hope my mind won't be in a mess next lesson. heh.
and my monsters were obedient monsters fr the week i was not around. with their gameboys, DS around, they knew better than to misbehave. heh. but i felt the decibels the day i went back to work. why the hell did i come back from my holiday?! hahah. okkay la. i'm still pretty fond of my monsters and of cos all the lovable small ones as well. somehow, six months is quite a long period of time. i guess that's why the feeling of attachment is still there.... then again, i really won't mind quitting end of the month. so i'll make the most out of my remaining 2 weeks!! that's the main reason why i've sorta decided to skip the arts camp.
jaa for now! my studyroom's gettin pretty stuffy cos i switched the fan off to prevent the fidgety moth from dashing wildly about in my room. =S. it almost got caught on the blades of the fan just now...
