tried to print tuition pps for students tmr and my printer refused to respond.

i cursed at it.








then i realised i didn't stick the usb port into my lappie.

3) fish out all the dust and cobwebs from my pile of storybooks lying haphazardly arnd in my cupboard
4) dig out all the old secrets and yellowed papers from the drawers in my bedroom
5) collect another bag or bags of paper from prev sem which can be recycled
6) recover the things i've lost thnks to the mess: one dress (10bucks frm the Forum), one badge (only pinned on once), one pianoscore

7) do more exercise
8) scout for possible jobs and send out resumes
9) read all the lovely bai X X notes (which i promised i wld do so whilst mugging fr a certain ch2141 mod)

10) prepare myself fr doomsday aka release of results nxt fri
11) think about my life and priorities

12) stay satisfied and happy

13) doodle more
14) read more
15) smile more

haha i like this picture alot. it has a cute looking potato (YUMMMS i love potatoes). ohyesss. it's a tribute to the year of 2008 aka the year of THE potato!! hehh. albeit mildy sadistic. which reminds me of the calbee commercial, where lots of potatoes got shaved, cleansed, fried, seasoned (all these done whilst the potatoes gushed happily about being shaved and all) and became a packet of chips. ohya this is a picture of a print on my bro's shirt. yaa one of his famous shirts from bangkok (ya my dasao enjoys buying clothes fr him in bangkok hee). he has several other interesting looking ones. shall tk photos of them nxt time.

ohyyess. last friday went out with eve on impulse early afternoon and met up with vann,ky,yx,br for dinner. haha. eve satisfied her shoes craving as i looked on impassively enviously. hehe. it's alright. i hv my heartland shoes shops=p. though the pair of pumps i wanted badly was GONE when i went to look at it at CS. haii.

anw, vann ky and i met up earlier to get mr tyx's present. being the usual efficient us, we got his present in a rather chopchop-ly at bugis st. it was a blackk jacket with artistic prints on it. hmmm price was okkay and vann managed to cut some dollars down with a bit of price haggling. actually the uncle suggested the price. lol. anw, got pretty tempted along the way with all the girrrrl stuff. bt it's ok, cos i went down again w sh anw on sunday:).

singapore's summer heatt was getting into us, so we went to TCC to cool down. vann was obsessed about the whole furnishings of that TCC. we got comfy sofa seats:)). errr. ordered drinks. and this was mine:

yaa. i couldn't stop gaping at the size/height/injustice. (price was not many cents cheaper than the other 2 taller drinks) - nvm, yc is ignorant as usual.

and after seeing vann's ocip photos in yunnan, dali etc, really felt like going for an overseas trip. grrr. people arnd me are ALL going to take the plane.

and my baby nephew is getting cuterrr by the week. haha. not putting up his photos lest any random pedophile chance by my blog and sees it. lol. he's really impatient. once he started learning how to sit up, he would want to proceed with crawling. after which, he would proceed with standing when he still could not really sit up straight. haha.. now he can sit up straight, crawl at turbo speed, stand up with help from us or with any kind of support, he's raring to walk and run le. hehe.












since i can't put his photo up here, shall show you all his best friend- the blue dog.

and i dug out my old toys somewhere last week. cleaned them up with wet wipes and put them out on display.

haha i think i had more bt they are probably lost in the deep abyss of my storeroom. anw these weren't bought because i clung onto my mum's leg and wailed: I WANT THAT TOY, but exchanged them with good grades (in psch obviously. good grades never existed aft yr2000).

memories as i laid out the hellokitty toys. haha. to think i spent afternoons during holidays amusing myself with all these toys(:. pretty fun eh?

met up with my dearest piggies fr breakfast last thursday and caught up with them(:. moremore meetups! haha. as usual had alot of updates to hear frm my fellow piggies. i'm a boring pig:DD.

and i went JOGGING on sat.

my poor legs ached frm the lactic acid accumulation fr next few days. lol. it was quite a sad jog which lasted 30mins (for eve) and somewhere between 15 to 20mins (for yc). yaa quite sad when eve saw her clsmate frm vj who commented on our speeds. i haven't exercised fr a long time okkkay. shld think of an exercise regime! i don't like swimming!! bt i think i shld go swimming. and the upcoming badminton sessions w ky and yx if yx manages to book the courts. and more jogging (and warmups before that).

went shopping at bugis st aft the yumm desserts. erhs. weather was HOTTTT. we escaped as quickly as we cld to the 2nd floor with aircon bt i cld still feel the heat in the air. rawrrr. bought a mien bag:DD. it is 90% similar to the bag i'd been eyeing in one of the sprees(:. burned holes in my pockets as i bought the bag, a top, sh's prez, dessert, and a belt.

shopping is funn.

suddenly thought of my lovely tuition kids who did badly for their midyears.

有好一陣子沒更新部落格了。 原因之一就是看完2吻的那一天，和媽媽吵架了。
嚴格來説，不是“吵架”。因爲吵架是需要兩張嘴巴的積極參與。 而我和媽媽的“吵架”總是像是一個人到聯絡所打壁球squash一樣。一個人拿著球拍，用力的把球扣向牆壁。你越用力，球的反彈力越大，球被彈回來的力量越大，你便會使出更大的力量再次把球扣向牆壁。
如果媽媽是打球的人，我便是那沉默的牆壁。也許許多時候，我越是沉默，她越是火大。可是我仍是選擇什麽都不說。辯護和解釋只會淪爲廉價的藉口。所以就耐心的等她罵累了，收起球拍，丟下最後的狠話，才結束“爭吵”。
或許是因爲我的沉默，所以無法把自己的想法告訴媽媽，導致吵架后還是沒有解決潛在的問題。

但是。 還是很後悔。
很後悔在這種時刻，還繼續讓媽媽操心、擔憂、不放心。
想跟她說，你真的想太多、考慮太多了。
可是她也是不得已。
因爲她在生活上所遇到的崎嶇和考驗實在太多了。

我真的會努力不再讓你擔心。

haha. went to bugis's TopOne KTV to K and bugis junction's MOF for dinner.

the K session was damn long. 11am-6pm. and we lasted till about 6.10-15pm! amazed at our stamina. lol. bt half the time was not spent singing seriously ba. lol. yaar yours truly kept zao sia-ing so decided to sing guy songs. heee. and yarr had our share of watching MVs. also had high moments jumping abt while singing those traditionally high songs lk 第一天、恋爱-ing、 离开地球表面。ohhyes and the other 2 happily danced while watching/singing 出神入化。yt and i oohed and aahhed at 王蓝茵's 恶作剧。eve got to sing her jap songs~ and i spent my time laughing at one of the jap MV's male lead who had a very sad big mole between his eyes. i couldn't stop laughing. i dunno why. i got very 悲 during 阿桑's 叶子, as i watched poor ahjoe in the MV and got faster and faster than the music as i sang. damn. 我的拍子就是那么糟糕。lol. and i watched on as the other 2 sang very highly to 终极一班 and joined in fr lyrics like 艾微巴地、趴地太、and there was another line which i can't rmb nw!!! *senile resurfaces*

okie these photos don't do justice to the food. for the imo, the mixture of hottt sweet potato covered with a crispy outer covering plus the softttt icecream danced in our mouths. YUMMMM. fr the macha zen, the sweet redbean and bitter macha icecream complemented each other:)). woots. i love desserts.

here again=)). with whatt. more PHOTOS. albeit nt very well taken nor appetising looking. cos we were too busy tackling the hotpots and feeling full for the hotpot outing. as fr gya's MOF food, the lighting wasn't v kind to my megapix2 phone's cam.

went to marina square's Hotpot Culture on the last day of exams with ky and yun. it's quite a good deal. $19.80++ with a hotpot, all the uncooked and cooked food, plus a choc fondue (all refillable) and a scoop of icecream. our hotpots were kimchi, tomyam and chicken stock. kimchi was tasteless. tomyam was abiiit too sourish. my fave soup was the good ol' chicken stock.

choc fondue~ fruits were weird tho! watermelon n honeydew. can order other fruits bt will be extra charges. so we mainly dipped MARSHmallows=)

we ate till we felt like bursting. so took turns to rest and walk up and down to refill the uncooked food (took quite alot of vege lol). and played games when we really couldn't stuff ourselves anymore. and i stared with disbelieving eyes at the table in front of us which ordered poly-licate (new word clipping from polygon and duplicate) plates of cooked food like chicken wings, meatballs etcc. bt yar it was a beeg group sitting around abt 4tables with beeg guys.

so aft the heavy meal we went to cleanse our stomachs with chinese tea~

i've really grown olddd!! elastic stomach no more~

haven't been updating cos i'm jus PLAIN lazy. haha. still feeling yawnish and tired although exams are OVERRRR!!! yeaahh. but in retrospect.. i guess taking exams isn't the most difficult thing. the most difficult thing is clicking on your results and looking at the fine gpa score. lol.

anw, coming up are long overdue photos~ lunch outing w my ma, erjie, kor, dasao during recess week. we went to purvis street's First Thai restaurant and liangseah st's 记得吃 fr desserts=). gorgeous lunch plusplus desserts. and it's thnks to my erjie and kor's expandable and pitless stomachs that we got to eat such a variety of dishes:DD. ohyess my siblings are all blessed with the eat-alot-bt-still-cannot-fatten-up genes. thnks. those genes gt depleted when it got to me.

(ahh yes i shld stop gorging as my face is growing larger with each day.)

olive brown rice:). don't wrinkle your nose at the modest rice okkay. haha. it was vvvv nice. abit saltish bt v fragrant. and it's addictive. serrrious.
