discovered this song on sunday, when i went teoheng with ky and xt. this song isn't exactly new, it's from the cowboy album. anyway, as i watched the MV, along with the lyrics and jay's sweet voice (that's usually so not the adjective to describe his voice=X), the whole song was overflowing with a million sachets of sugar. but not so much to the extent of disgustingness. lol. okay. i'm not into fairytales nor am i a closet romantic, but HEY, this song is kind of cute. hahah.

SO many things have happened over the week, and i haven't been blogging simply becos the lazy bug has squirmed its way into yc's stomach again. i can't give a reasonable explanation, but i've been fanatically baking these days. i think it all started with ly flying off to amsterdam. haha.

on a sidenote, i think amsterdam is such a beautiful place. ly is staying in an apartment by the canal. omg. in my ulu-ated brain, canals = drains. but the canal was GORGEOUS. the long stretch of canal, the ultra clear waters, the carefree ducks and geese swimming in it. woww. i want my flat to look over a canal as prettaye as that canal as welll. blehh.

i feel even more determined to go for exchange. errrr. can i sign up for a varsity in amsterdam to study chinese? lol.

where was i? ohh. talking about baking, i tried out those 2 recipes i said i wanted to try~ muhaha! first it was the maltesers muffins (thereby my dearest oven KO-ed in the middle of my 2nd batch), then it was cream (custard) puffs which i baked with eve. also tried a brownies recipe and MY. i love the brownies best (so much that i baked them twice. 2nd time for my siblings). for more info, you can click on my food blog under my links *points right* and click on "Baking" under the list of labels.

i can't stop sneezing. and it's in the middle of the day, with the sun showering its bright rays through my window. 誰！！是誰？是誰在想我/咒我！

repeat after me: School has started. tutorials will start next week and with after being dealt with the full impact of school, hopefully i will start working harder :). lecturers are alright so far. but they do like to recycle their old jokes huh? just like how my phonetics lecturer last sem reused his old jokes from cl1101e, su also recycled his old joke from ch1101e to ch3221. he also recycled his lecture notes, using the same ones for ch1101e, ch3221 and ch4XXX (can't rmb) modules. 節儉是种美德。。
