my surprise bdae cake! cheeeeesecake. thnkew gya for staging the surprise=). also thnks to ky n yun who were in cahoots with them. hoho.






















the setting for the bdae dinner cooked by vann~ most of the photos are in vann's dig cam. did i mention? vann treated me and ky (since our bdaes are 2 days apart) to a bdae dinner. loll. and we conclude vann has the potential to be a 贤妻良母。way to go gurl! hahaha. was worried for my intestines you knoww when she extended the invitations to us. but everything turned out nicely and so panicked for nothing. lol.


















another picture of the food. starters was mashed potato. dessert was this cocktail with apples, longans, pineapples, syrup. there was white and red wine (sparkling juice) as well. we had fun (NOT) popping the wine bottles. the second and third dishes. salmon in mustard etcetc sauce and sauteed mushroooooms! (nonono stop smelling, eve, these mushrooms don't stink! they are not called 香菇s for nothing k. anw their actual names are 金针菇 and portobello (dunno how to spell. this spelling looks highly suspicious) mushrooms=).

bro's hand bouquet (or rather the bride's ba..). the colours of the roses are sweeet and romantic eh?^^























transformers! *gets excited* DID YOU WATCH TRANSFORMERS? okay. this is really outdated news but transformers was a great movie. supposed to be guy thing, robots and all. but they are damn cool robots/cars. hehe. presents my bro bought fr his friends.. for what occasion i'm not too sure.. they're mini fans.. (can you see the whirring of the plastic planes at the top of the white mean looking transformer?) haha.. the white evil looking one is megatron! the bad guy (err. robot or car or machine? okay, transformer. hahaha) in transformers. the blue and red one (which looks a bit gong3) is OPTIMUS PRIME!=DD.

had econs paper in the morning.. chiong and chiong and broke out in cold sweat and tikam-ed and prayed hard and left 3 questions blank (DARN. shld have just anyhow crapped sth=//.) nvm. not going to groan abt done papers. one down, four more! cant think why i took econs again. if i get a C, i will throttle myself. *squeaks*

next are some photos taken tdy.. went to eat prata at the cheese prata shop near nus after exam=). yummy pratas! but i forgot to tk photos of the prata! 来日方长，下次再拍吧！:).

this huge fat cat! haha. it must be living on pratas. and so that will explain the chubbiness of it. cuuute though.

















it's camera sensitive! it was in slumberland at fers, stretched out at the table leg, its head resting on the leg, lying snugly against it, then it moved as i took a photo of it.


okkay enough of cats. i bet choccy will get really turned off by all these pictures of 猫咪s.

i think uni life is really sad. like, really damn sad.

four years, eight semesters. five modules for every semester. at the end of every sem, there are exams for every module. in the middle of every sem, there are midterm tests. meanwhile, before midterms, the period between midterms and exams, there are assignments, term papers, projects (doesn't apply to me yet though) to be completed. life is a never ending cycle which goes on and on for 3 or 4 years until the end of university life when one graduates. and what comes out of it? like my brother said, in the end of all the studying, you get this piece of paper (which according to him, can be printed out at home using his printer) which lists your grade, states you are a Bachelor of (insert course) or achieved Masters of (insert course).

hurhur *mirthless laughter*.

but we are still going after this piece of paper right.

hurrayy. chheeerrioos to our fabulous lives in the years to come.

i've decided i will NOT waste my time in university, just watching the years of life pass by without any significance. hohho. i will pursue my interests in the midst of it~

got fidgety in the lib after reading the grandma grandpa stories about merger and plans for disengagement and finally separation for history. so went looking for books. found this drawing book!
























above is a picture of the layman figure. it's actually this layman figure that can be bought in art shops, and i rmb seeing these wooden figurines in Art Friend, which is actually crafted in such a way that its dimensions are shaped to the proportions of the human body. and its joints are mobile, so amateur or artists who've just started out, will learn how to draw the human body and the different positions of the human body, from this layman figure by moving its head, arms and legs.

errr. okay, maybe i draw this 2 times per day, i will improve:). i want to get a layman figure too! so i can change the positions of it and start practising. haha. don't ask me for whatt. i just want to do so=D.

just dreaming=)). i'm much too old now to suddenly develop THE artist talent.

but i still like doodling about mindlessly. fantasising the day i will be discovered and i'll be holding art exhibitions in art galleries, displaying my artworks. or maybe i will be submitting my drawings or comic strips or cartoons to SPH.
