hey.
there's a terrapin craze going on at the centre since the farm visit trip. hehhh.
and now i've got one as well.
my boss got it fr me as a
farewell present. he passed me this parcel and chillipadi was eggin me to open it. then i touch the top of the present and knew immediately what it was... ahhhhhh. omg. i couldn't believe it. he really bought me a TERRAPIN. i know i sound stupid but this is the first ever pet i've ever had.
anw when it first came home with me, it was crawling about in the tank frantically and flailing its tiny arms about and hittin the sides of the tank. =/. it seemed pretty nervous and scared. but it has calmed down lots now and ate quite happily today. haha. bought a big basin tdy, so it can swim more carefreely. guess i shld get more stones or pebbles fr it so that it can do more things other than climb uP and down the same rock over and over again(which was what it had been doin fr the whole of yesterday afternoon).
bringin it to the centre tmr to let it mk friends with all the other terrapins. last friday we filled this large rectangular box and let all the terrapins swim inside it. hope my terrapin will not 1) swim to a corner repeatedly again, as if it's tryin to butt its way out of the box and 2) be bullied by the other terrapins which like to play taupok with it.

i really need to clean up my study. even the small terrapin couldn't stand the mess. so i moved it to my bedroom table :).
hehe.. the photos arent v clear ba. but yarr. that's my terrapin! the fork was used to break up the food sticks. haha.
