finally watched the hp5 movie.
=///.
what more can i say?
1) A lot of things were left unsaid. (that's fr sure cos the book was too thick to be summarised into 2h)
2) There were some unnecessary scenes. (E.g. the kiss between Harry and Cho)
3) Although granted that duration of a movie is limited, the sudden scene changes are unforgivable.
4) Mistakes mistakes! Dobby found the room of requirement right. And cho chang was not the person who spilled the beans. Thought it was her friend who spilled the beans first? (or maybe my brain has failed me agn) The fight between Dumbledore and Voldemort looked wrong with all the sparks (it was supposed to be a more internal strength kind of battle?).
5) I hated all those supposed Harry's dreams of Voldemort. They were all so abrupt and out of nowhere. =/. Maybe it's my problem, but I thought it was unnecessary confusion.
6) Sirius really died too suddenly.
7) I MISS QUIDDITCH!!!!!!!
But I liked the fireworks though=). Fred and George left Hogwarts with such style!! heh. Just like how Dumbledore refused to leave with Fudge and gang to Azkaban, and so Kingsley said to Fudge: "I must say that he has got style." hahaha.
All in all, was rather disappointed. But actually I didn't harbour any high hopes, so the disappointment sank in after I caught bits of hp4 at carrefour while we were walking about in suntec after the movie.
=S.
Hope the subsequent movies will be much better.
